Stephen Little & Associates acted on behalf of Manor ParkHomebuilders, Menolly Homes and Firth Developments in the preparation of the Hansfield Planning Scheme. Fingal County Council asked the landowners in Hansfield to draft the Planning Scheme in close liaison with the Council.Stephen Little & Associates led a multi-disciplinary team of consultants including architects, civil engineers, landscape architects and transportation consultants, to prepare the Planning Scheme. Stephen Little & Associates also took responsibility for editing and designing the Planning Scheme document.

In addition to assisting in the preparation of the SDZ Planning Scheme and the involvement in the associated Oral Hearing, SLA provided ongoing town planning advices to a number of the SDZ landowners during the initial implementation stages of the Planning Scheme.

This included the lodgement of a number of successful planning applications, the making of compliance submissions, and ongoing advice in relation to the phasing of the project coupled, with expert input into the delivery of various infrastructural requirements.

Liaising with all relevant stakeholders including Irish Rail, Department of Education & Skills and Fingal County Council was a feature of our involvement.
