The requirements of the Cherrywood Planning Scheme are extensive and multi-faceted and requires the involvement of a large number of consultants across a range of disciplines to work together to ensure the objectives of the Planning Scheme are adhered to.
This particular project also required the preparation of an EIAR that not only considered this development, but also the cumulative development by the client of 790 dwellings at that time. This involved considerable co-ordination across a range of project teams and consultants which SLA managed successfully
