Project Management
A large part of our service, here at Stephen Little & Associates, can be described as project management. The extent of our involvement in this varies from client to client, depending on their desires and resources, but it can range from simple inputs to a planning application to managing an entire process and providing one central point of contact for the client.
For a typical planning application the extent of our project management input will typically include coordination of architects, landscape architects, engineers and other sub consultants. We organise and record meetings, liaise with other parties; collect, critique and edit material, and on foot of all of that advise the client as to their options and a suitable course of action.
We can provide as little or as much input to the process as any given client requires, and will tailor our resources accordingly.
