Oral Hearings
On occasion Stephen Little & Associates will be asked to represent the clients interests at an Oral Hearing held by An Bord Pleanála. In such circumstances, typically a Director will take on the task of presenting at the Oral Hearing, and will be assisted by other staff as required.
The process of presenting at an Oral Hearing involves the preparation of a written proof of evidence setting out the basis of a clients particular stance and an oral presentation of this evidence ensuring that the best arguments are put to the Hearing.
Additional services that we provide in relation to oral hearings include:
- Attending presentations by other parties
- Summarising and reporting the arguments made by other parties
- Co-ordinating and project managing the inputs of other consultants on the project team.
