Compliance Submissions

Following receipt of a final grant of Permission for development, SLA can provide a professional town planning service to our clients in respect of preparing and co-ordinating a formal compliance submission for those conditions of the Permission which require written agreement with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction.

The main aspects involved in drafting and submitting a formal compliance submission include:

  • Client advice on the compliance process
  • Liaison with client’s other agents (project architect, project engineer, landscape consultant, etc) 
  • Arrangement of and/or attendance at compliance team meetings 
  • Liaison with Planning Authority
  • Collation and submission of compliance submission
  • Monitoring for Planning Authority agreement

SLA has considerable experience of this type of work.  It is normal practice that we would become involved in the compliance stage of planning permissions, which we have had an involvement in securing for our clients.  Compliance submissions can relate to a broad spectrum of developments, including residential, commercial, retail, light/industrial, mixed use etc.
