Wyckham Point
Wyckham Point is located in Ballinteer, South Dublin. Wyckham point represents the third phase of a development in the area which also comprises Wyckham Place and Southmede.
The development has been constructed on lands formerly owned by the Carmelite Order at Gort Mhuire on the eastern site of Wyckham Way, and contains sensitive boundary elements including a substantial area of woodland, a boundary with Gort Mhuire (a protected structure) and a boundary with Wesley College. Stephen Little & Associates were involved in this development by submitting on behalf of our clients:
