Stephen Little & Associates were retained by McCabe Builders to provide them with planning advice in relation to the development of a site located on the corner of Finglas Road and Tolka Valley Road, Finglas, Dublin 11.
We were involved in the project from an early stage when McCabe Builders asked us to look at the development potential of the site when it first came on the market from Dublin City Council. In the end permission was secured for 499 apartments and town houses; 4 no. shop units, a crèche and a 96 bedroom hotel.
On the way Stephen Little & Associates were asked to deal with a diversity of items including:
- Ongoing project management
- Town planning advice on a suitable design for the site
- Pre-planning meetings with Dublin City Council
- Preparation and lodgement of 3 no. planning applications to Dublin City Council
- Compliance submissions
