Park View
ParkView is located in Stepaside, on the Enniskerry Road.
The development comprises large, high specification apartments. The Apartments will have feature stone cladding on the facades, and extensive roof gardens. Inventive landscaping ensures the highest standard residential amenity for future residents.
Stephen Little & Associates prepared the planning application for Park View. This included an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) in association with Paul Duignan and Associates, Architects; Brady Shipman Martin, Landscape Architects; and P H McCarthy and Partners, Consulting Engineers.
In August 2004 Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council granted permission for the proposed 491 residential units.
The Park View Apartments are currently under construction by Fleming Construction.
