Adamstown Residential

Stephen Little & associates, on behalf of Castlethorn Construction have secured planning permission for c.2,700 homes in Adamstown since the first planning application was lodged in June 2004. 

This has included a mix of all dwelling styles from single bedroom apartments to duplexes and town houses and detached houses of all styles. 

Both Adamstown Castle and Adamstown Square are under construction and have enjoyed buoyant sales since their initial release to the market. 

Stephen Little & Associates have and ongoing involvement in the planning and development of future phases of residential development in Adamstown.
