Adamstown
Adamstown Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) is located in West Dublin. The site measures almost 100 hectares, to be developed as a large-scale new residential community that will include homes, offices, retail, leisure, community facilities and open space.
The Adamstown development is governed by the Adamstown Planning Scheme, the first of its kind in Ireland, which sets out strict parameters for development within the SDZ with the aim of fast-tracking development.
The Adamstown development is being held as an exemplary planning project and has won several national and international awards. Stephen Little & Associates are proud to have been part of the team which delivered these accolades.
The list of awards to date include:
- Irish Planning Institute Overall Planning Achievement Award 2005,
- Irish Residential Development of the Year in 2005 and 2007 (Irish Property Awards)
