In recent years, Stephen Little & Associates have been involved in the development of substantial areas of Office floorspace, particularly within the Dublin region. In general our involvement has been in proposing offices as part of mixed use developments, however with the Digital Hub in central Dublin and Horgan’s Quay in Cork, the emphasis has been on a predominantly office development. Similarly with the Dublin Central project, where a large proportion of the proposed floorspace is office accommodation.
