The site of the former Shell petrol station on Church Road represents an opportunity for mixed use, infill development close to Greystones town centre. Stephen Little & Associates were appointed by The Terry Partnership to work as part of an expert, multi-disciplinary team to develop the site.
Stephen Little & Associates, lodged a planning application in April 2007 for a mixed use commercial and residential building of 4 storeys, comprising 4 retail units at ground floor level, 30 Residential apartments, basement car park with 86 car parking spaces, 33 bicycle spaces and 28 surface car parking spaces.
Wicklow County Council made a decision to grant permission in August 2007, which was subsequently the subject of 1st and 3rd party appeals to An Bord Pleanála.
The Board granted permission for the development as proposed, in May 2008. Since then Stephen Little & Associates has lodged planning applications for revisions to the parent application, which have been granted permission by Wicklow County Council.
