Drogheda is a large town located on the Louth/Meath Border, just 30 miles north of Dublin City Centre. Stephen Little & Associates have been involved in a number of major projects in the Drogheda area.
The North Drogheda Environs Group (NDEG) are a collection of landowners within the North Drogheda Environs area who have come together to provide a unified approach to the development of the area. The NDEG represent the majority of the landholders within the area covered by the 2004 Local Area Plan for North Drogheda. The latter requires that a Masterplan is prepared in advance of any development of the lands. Stephen Little & Associates represents the Group as a whole, along with separate, individual representation for one of its major landowners (Manor Park Homebuilders Ltd).
To date, the nature of works on this project have centred around the progress of the North Drogheda Environs Draft Master Plan, and Client representation on this. Ongoing and detailed liaison with Louth County Council and their professional advisors in respect of design, policy, and infrastructural issues has been a central part of this project.
