Stephen Little & Associates acted on behalf of Manor Park Homebuilders and Menolly Homes in the preparation of the Hansfield Planning Scheme. Fingal County Council asked the landowners in Hansfield to draft the Planning Scheme in close liaison with the Council. Stephen Little & Associates led a multi-disciplinary team of consultants including architects, civil engineers, landscape architects and transportation consultants, to prepare the planning scheme document. Stephen Little & Associates also took responsibility for editing and designing the Planning Scheme document.
Subsequent to the team's involvement in the project, Fingal County Council advertised and consulted on the scheme, in accordance with the Planning and Development Act, before formally adopting it in April 2006.
