Adamstown Roads and Drainage Infrastructure
In our role as planning consultants to Chartridge Developments, Stephen Little & Associates have prepared, co-ordinated and lodges a number of planning applications for strategic infrastructure in Adamstown.
In accordance with the developers ethos of up-front delivery of infrastructure, the following projects have received planning permission and are either completed or under construction in Adamstown:
- C.6.2km of strategic distributor roads
- A new surface water and foul water pumping station
- A new 220 KV substation on lands immediately adjacent to Adamstown
- 'Fibre to the home' broadband telecoms infrastructure
