Stephen Little & Associates, were planning consultants for the recently permitted extensions and upgrades to the National Rehabilitation Centre, Rochestown Avenue, Dun Laoghaire.
The proposed project will involve a complex move from existing hospital facilities to the proposed new hospital buildings, in order to ensure the National Rehabilitation Hospital can remain in full operation at all times. Given the scale of the proposed project and the complexities of the move, resultant projected timeframes for substantial completion of the project required the applicant to apply for planning permission for a period of 8-years.
