Eleanor Mac Partlin

Eleanor graduated from University College Dublin in 1998 with a masters in Regional and Urban Planning, before which she had obtained a Bachelors Degree in Social Science in 1996.  Eleanor also holds a Diploma in Geographical Information Systems from University College Cork.

Eleanor has acquired 10 years professional planning experience, having joined SLA in 2006 as a Senior Planner and prior to that having worked in both the private and public sector in Cork, most notably at McCutcheon Mulcahy Planning Consultants and Cork County Council.

Eleanor has a wealth of experience across all aspects of private sector planning, including masterplans, planning applications, planning appeals, forward planning and Environmental Impact Assessment.  Eleanor is currently involved with the redevelopment of the Pavilions Shopping Centre in Swords, together with other large scale residential and mixed-use developments in Drogheda, Dublin, Waterford and County Meath.

Eleanor is a member of both the Irish Planning Institute and the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Laura Brock
Laura graduated from University College Dublin in 2003 with a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning, having previous obtained an undergraduate degree in Property Economics from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2001.

Laura joined Stephen Little & Associates in 2003 in the role of graduate planner and was appointed Senior Planner in 2008. 

Laura’s experience with Stephen Little & Associates has been across all sectors of planning work, including master planning, environmental impact assessment, project management and planning applications.  Laura is currently involved in large scale retail, residential and mixed use projects in Artane, Hansfield, Dundalk and Cork.

Laura is a member of both the Irish Planning Institute and the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Suzanne McClure
Suzanne graduated from University College Dublin in 2003 with a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning, having previous obtained an undergraduate Bachelor in Social Science degree in 2000.

Suzanne joined Stephen Little & Associates in 2003 in the role of graduate planner and was appointed Senior Planner in 2008. 

Suzanne’s experience with Stephen Little & Associates has been across all sectors of planning work, including master planning, environmental impact assessment, project management and planning applications.  Suzanne is currently involved in the redevelopment of a high profile site in Dublin City Centre known as Dublin Central and continues to be involved in other large scale residential and mixed use projects in Pelletstown, North Dublin, Naas and Greystones.

Suzanne is a member of both the Irish Planning Institute and the Royal Town Planning Institute.
