Stephen Little & Associates appointed to prepare Masterplan for lands at Enfield Co. Meath
Stephen Little & Associates are pleased to announce that they have been appointed to prepare a Framework Plan for the Rybo Partnership for a site of c. 29 ha located at Enfield, Co. Meath.
The site is a future employment hub under the Enfield Local Area Plan 2009-2015. The proposal will be centred on a new Rail Station and Transport Interchange and will provide for:
- Park and ride facilities;
- Primary school and playing pitches;
- Primary health care facility;
- Medical campus;
- Nursing home;
- Christian church;
- Hotel;
- Community facilities;
- Retail anchor;
- Retail warehousing, and
- Multiplex cinema and theatre.
It is envisaged that the Framework Plan lands will become the new employment hub on the M4 motorway and will create significant job opportunities for the local community and surrounding area.
