The Managing Director is Stephen Little who is a Member of both the Irish Planning Institute and the Royal Town Planning Institute.  Stephen graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 1990 with BA (Hons) in Planning Studies, and remained at the University until 1991 when he added a Postgraduate Diploma in Planning.  Upon returning home to Ireland, Stephen obtained a Diploma in Environmental Impact Assessment Management from University College Dublin.  

Stephen has over nineteen years professional experience of all aspects of town and country planning in Ireland.
Stephen founded Stephen Little & Associates in 2003, after a period of 11 years in private practice with McHugh Consultants.  Stephen has maintained a hands-on approach to the management of the firm and continues to be involved in the day to day running of projects.  He frequently assumes the role of lead planner for many of the firm’s clients.

Mark graduated from Edinburgh College of Art / Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh with a MA (Hons) in Town Planning in 2000.  Mark has 12 years of professional planning experience in all aspects of town planning.  Mark Joined SLA as a planning consultant following its inception in 2003 and has been Associate Director at the firm since 2007.
Mark has been involved in the preparation and lodgement of planning applications; Environmental Impact Statements; development appraisals, retail assessments and planning appeals.  He is currently working on a number of large-scale projects including the development of Adamstown in West Dublin, and a significant retail scheme in Balbriggan, together with numerous other residential and mixed-use developments.

Mark is a member of both the Irish Planning Institute and the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Eleanor_Mac_PartlinEleanor Mac Partlin BSocSc MRUP MRTPI MIPI

Eleanor graduated from University College Dublin in 1998 with a masters in Regional and Urban Planning, before which she had obtained a Bachelors Degree in Social Science in 1996.  Eleanor also holds a Diploma in Geographical Information Systems from University College Cork.

Eleanor has acquired 12 years professional planning experience, having joined SLA in 2006 as a Senior Planner and prior to that having worked in both the private and public sector in Cork, most notably at McCutcheon Mulcahy Planning Consultants and Cork County Council.

Eleanor has a wealth of experience across all aspects of private sector planning, including masterplans, planning applications, planning appeals, forward planning and Environmental Impact Assessment.  Eleanor is currently involved with the redevelopment of the Pavilions Shopping Centre in Swords, together with other large scale residential and mixed-use developments in Drogheda, Dublin, Waterford and County Meath.

Eleanor is a member of both the Irish Planning Institute and the Royal Town Planning Institute.
